JOB TITLE: Senior Laboratory Manager
LOCATION: DeLand, FL (Onsite)
SALARY: $97,100 – $148,700 + $7,500 Annual Bonus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory supervisors and staff
- Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and federal/state laboratory regulations
- Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor staffing, workflow, and operational metrics
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment
- Medical Technologist certification (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required
- Florida Supervisor License required
- Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
