- Record, organize and enter test data into laboratory systems and project files.
- Monitor ongoing tests and document abnormalities or deviations.
- Track incoming color standard requests and maintain accurate project status.
- Send weekly color standard status updates to cross functional teams.
- Follow up internal requests for missing or incomplete test request forms.
- Contact suppliers to request timelines for submitted samples and materials.
- Update paint project tracking forms with status and deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of communications, test data and supplier responses.
- Send standardized instructional emails and support communication for paint development workflows.
- Assist with scheduling workload items and organizing test queues for the lab.
