Responsibilities:
- Direct managers and small teams across the US, Europe, and Asia handling B2B inside sales, customer service, and technical support.

- Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and search data to optimize platform visibility across search engine and AI ecosystems.
- Transition traditional script-based outreach into video-first strategies using Zoom/Teams and advanced call pre-screening.
- Maintain rigorous document control over standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, and data mappings.
- Coordinate major international trade shows (including an upcoming event in Germany this November) and visit our Shanghai branch every 2–3 years.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- People Leadership: 3–5+ years of experience directly managing B2B inside sales, call center operations, or customer success teams.
- Technical SEO & GA4: Strong, direct experience working within Google Analytics, SEO tools, or digital marketing dashboards.
- Flawless Communication: Superb verbal presentation skills and robust, unassisted professional writing capabilities (there is an unassisted writing evaluation during the interview process).
- Career Stability: A clear history of long-term employer tenure. Frequent "job-hopping" without structural reason will not be considered.
- Travel Flexibility: Ready to work hybrid in Boca Raton, FL, and travel internationally for trade shows.
