This role offers hands-on exposure to executive operations, U.S. dealer and customer relationships, and international business in the material handling industry. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, assist with travel arrangements, and manage follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials, take clear notes, and track action items and deadlines.
- Organize business documents, reports, presentations, and records while handling confidential information with discretion.
Business Communication Support:
- Draft, proofread, and refine English emails, letters, presentations, and other business materials for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
- Help the executive prepare for meetings and presentations with U.S. dealers, customers, and business partners by developing talking points, anticipating questions, and conducting practice sessions.
- Participate in regular business-focused conversations to support clear, confident English communication and familiarity with U.S. business terminology and communication practices.
- Attend selected meetings and help ensure that decisions, responsibilities, and next steps are clearly documented.
Research & Special Projects:
- Research markets, competitors, industry developments, and other business topics.
- Turn research into concise summaries, briefing notes, or presentation materials.
- Assist with special projects and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, International Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong editing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A patient, approachable communication style and comfort providing constructive feedback.
- Good judgment, reliability, and discretion when working with sensitive information.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Availability to work in person at our Midtown Atlanta office 3–4 days per week.
