Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for product managers?
Several large Georgia-headquartered employers have established H-1B visa sponsorship records for product manager roles, including NCR Voyix, Global Payments, Cox Enterprises, Home Depot's technology division, and Delta Air Lines. Atlanta-based fintech and SaaS startups also sponsor, though less consistently than enterprise employers. Checking USCIS and Department of Labor LCA disclosure data is the most reliable way to confirm a specific employer's sponsorship history.
Which visa types are most common for product manager roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa for product managers in Georgia, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business. Candidates with extraordinary ability may pursue the O-1A. Managers transferring within a multinational company may qualify for the L-1A. Australian nationals can explore the E-3 visa as an alternative to the H-1B.
How to find product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse product manager roles in Georgia without sifting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can filter by location and role type to surface relevant openings from Atlanta's fintech corridor, enterprise tech employers, and growth-stage startups. Migrate Mate also surfaces company-level sponsorship patterns relevant to PM roles in the state.
Which cities in Georgia have the most product manager sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta is by a wide margin the dominant market for sponsored product manager roles in Georgia. The Midtown and Buckhead tech corridors, along with the Atlantic Station area, host the highest concentration of relevant employers. Alpharetta, a northern Atlanta suburb, has a notable cluster of fintech and cybersecurity companies that hire PMs. Outside metro Atlanta, sponsorship opportunities for product managers are limited.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for product managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Georgia Tech produces a strong pipeline of technical graduates, which means product manager roles at Atlanta employers often expect some technical fluency, particularly in data or engineering-adjacent products. Employers filing H-1B petitions must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements specific to the Atlanta or Alpharetta metropolitan areas, which influences how roles are classified. The state's growing fintech and supply chain tech sectors tend to sponsor more actively than other industries.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product manager jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
