Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for sales executives?
Atlanta-based employers with established visa sponsorship programs include Salesforce, NCR Voyix, Cox Enterprises, Global Payments, and Equifax. These companies have filed Labor Condition Applications for sales-related roles in Georgia and have HR infrastructure to support H-1B visa and other work visa categories. Mid-sized technology and SaaS companies in the Atlanta metro area also sponsor international sales hires, particularly for enterprise and strategic account roles.
What visa types are most common for sales executive roles in Georgia?
The H-1B visa is the most frequently used category for sales executives in Georgia, particularly for roles requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field tied directly to the position. The L-1B visa applies when transferring within a multinational company into a sales role requiring specialized knowledge. The O-1A is available for candidates with demonstrable extraordinary achievement in sales leadership, though it requires substantial documented evidence.
Which cities in Georgia have the most sales executive sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of sales executive visa sponsorship activity in Georgia. Specific submarkets with high concentrations include Midtown and Buckhead for technology and financial services firms, and the Cumberland-Galleria corridor for enterprise software companies. Alpharetta, often called Georgia's technology city, hosts numerous SaaS and cybersecurity companies that recruit for senior sales roles. Savannah and Augusta have smaller but growing commercial sectors with occasional sponsorship opportunities.
How to find sales executive visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship status, so you can search sales executive roles in Georgia without sorting through positions that won't support international candidates. The platform surfaces employers who have sponsored H-1B workers in sales categories before, which is a practical signal of genuine sponsorship willingness. Filtering by Georgia and the sales executive role type on Migrate Mate gives you a focused list relevant to your search.
Are there state-specific considerations for sales executives pursuing sponsorship in Georgia?
Georgia follows federal prevailing wage requirements for H-1B petitions, with wage levels set by the Department of Labor based on the specific occupation and the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Alpharetta metropolitan statistical area for most Georgia postings. Sales executive roles that include commission-based pay structures require employers to certify that total compensation meets prevailing wage thresholds. Georgia's technology sector growth has increased overall sponsorship activity, but each employer still evaluates sponsorship case by case based on role qualifications and business need.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales executive jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
