Which companies sponsor visas for systems analysts in Georgia?
Georgia-based employers with consistent H-1B visa sponsorship records for systems analysts include NCR Atleos, Manhattan Associates, The Home Depot, Delta Air Lines, and SunTrust (now Truist). Large consulting firms with Georgia offices, including Deloitte, Accenture, and Infosys, also file significant numbers of sponsorship petitions for systems analyst positions in the state each year.
Which visa types are most common for systems analyst roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for systems analysts in Georgia, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field. L-1B visas apply when analysts transfer from an overseas office of a U.S. company. TN visas are available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying analyst roles.
Which cities in Georgia have the most systems analyst sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of systems analyst sponsorship activity in Georgia, particularly in the Midtown, Buckhead, and downtown corridors. Alpharetta is a secondary hub, home to a large concentration of technology and financial services companies. Sandy Springs and Dunwoody also have notable employer presence given their proximity to Atlanta's northern corporate suburbs.
How to find systems analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search systems analyst roles in Georgia without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. The platform is built for international candidates, making it straightforward to identify Georgia employers actively hiring systems analysts under H-1B or other work visa programs rather than relying on general-purpose job boards.
Are there state-specific factors that affect systems analyst visa sponsorship in Georgia?
Georgia's technology sector is heavily shaped by Atlanta's role as a fintech and logistics hub, which creates consistent demand for systems analysts with enterprise software and supply chain systems experience. Georgia Tech's graduate pipeline also influences hiring patterns, with many employers familiar with sponsoring international graduates from that program. Prevailing wage levels for systems analyst roles are set by the Department of Labor based on the Atlanta-Sandy Springs metropolitan area data.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored systems analyst jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
