Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for technical product managers?
Atlanta-based employers with active technical product manager hiring and documented H-1B visa sponsorship histories include NCR Voyix, Global Payments, Fiserv, Cox Enterprises, Delta Air Lines, and Home Depot's technology division. Georgia's growing fintech and payments sector has made it one of the more active states for TPM sponsorship outside of traditional tech hubs like California and Washington.
Which visa types are most common for technical product managers in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for technical product managers in Georgia, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or information systems. Candidates already holding L-1B visas through intracompany transfers and those on OPT or STEM OPT extensions also represent a meaningful share of sponsored TPM hires in the state.
Which cities in Georgia have the most technical product manager sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia. Midtown Atlanta, Buckhead, and the suburbs of Alpharetta and Dunwoody host a concentration of technology employers and corporate headquarters. Outside Atlanta, opportunities are limited, though Augusta and Savannah have emerging tech presences tied to cybersecurity and logistics respectively.
How to find technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for technical product manager roles in Georgia without manually screening each posting. Because TPM roles in Atlanta often come from large enterprises in fintech, logistics, and retail technology, filtering by those industries on Migrate Mate helps narrow to employers with established sponsorship infrastructure rather than startups with uncertain hiring timelines.
Are there any Georgia-specific factors that affect technical product manager visa sponsorship?
Georgia's prevailing wage determinations for technical product managers are generally lower than those in California or New York, which can make sponsorship more accessible for some employers operating on tighter budgets. Atlanta's university pipeline, particularly from Georgia Tech and Georgia State, feeds local tech hiring but also increases competition. Employers in Georgia's payments and fintech corridor, sometimes called Transaction Alley, have comparatively mature immigration program infrastructure given their long history of international technical hiring.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored technical product manager jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
