Which companies in Missouri sponsor visas for technical product managers?
Kansas City-based Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) is one of Missouri's most active H-1B sponsors for technical product roles, given its scale in healthcare IT. World Wide Technology in St. Louis regularly sponsors TPMs for enterprise technology projects. Financial firms like Edward Jones and Centene also file H-1B petitions for product management roles that require engineering depth. Sponsorship activity is concentrated in companies with dedicated engineering organizations.
Which visa types are most common for technical product manager roles in Missouri?
The H-1B is by far the most common visa for technical product managers in Missouri. USCIS classifies TPM roles as specialty occupations when the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. Candidates with relevant advanced degrees may also explore the EB-2 NIW pathway for permanent residence, though employer sponsorship remains the primary route for most TPMs.
Which cities in Missouri have the most technical product manager sponsorship jobs?
Kansas City and St. Louis account for the majority of technical product manager sponsorship opportunities in Missouri. Kansas City leads due to Oracle Health's large engineering workforce and a growing fintech presence. St. Louis has a strong base in enterprise technology, logistics software, and financial services, with companies like World Wide Technology and Mastercard's regional operations contributing to TPM hiring activity.
How to find technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Missouri?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to find technical product manager roles in Missouri where employers are actively willing to sponsor. You can narrow results by state and role type to surface relevant openings at companies like Oracle Health and World Wide Technology without sorting through listings from employers who don't sponsor. Creating an account lets you track new Missouri TPM postings as they appear.
Are there state-specific considerations for technical product managers seeking sponsorship in Missouri?
Missouri does not have state-level visa programs, so sponsorship follows standard federal H-1B rules. One practical consideration is that Missouri's technical product manager roles often sit within healthcare IT and enterprise software, sectors where employers are experienced with the sponsorship process. Candidates who have graduated from Missouri universities like Washington University in St. Louis or Missouri S&T may find that alumni networks connect them to local employers already familiar with international hiring.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored technical product manager jobs in Missouri?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
