Which companies sponsor visas for technical product managers in New Hampshire?
Oracle, Dell Technologies, BAE Systems, and Segue Technologies have sponsored technical product manager roles in New Hampshire. Larger enterprise software and defense technology firms in the Manchester and Nashua corridors are the most consistent sponsors, as they have established immigration compliance infrastructure. Smaller startups occasionally sponsor but do so less frequently and with less predictable timelines.
Which visa types are most common for technical product manager roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa for technical product managers in New Hampshire, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or information systems. Candidates with extraordinary ability may pursue the O-1A. Canadians and Mexicans may also qualify under the TN visa in certain configurations, depending on how the employer frames the role.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most technical product manager sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the majority of technical product manager sponsorship activity in New Hampshire. Manchester, as the state's largest city, hosts the most enterprise technology employers. Nashua, bordering Massachusetts, attracts companies with ties to Boston's tech ecosystem. Bedford and Portsmouth also have a smaller number of technology firms that have historically sponsored skilled product and engineering roles.
How to find technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can browse technical product manager roles in New Hampshire without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. The platform surfaces openings from employers who have a documented history of sponsoring work visas, which is particularly useful in a smaller state market like New Hampshire where sponsoring employers are fewer in number than in major tech hubs.
Are there any state-specific considerations for technical product managers seeking sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire does not have a state income tax on wages, which affects how employers structure total compensation packages, though this does not directly impact visa sponsorship eligibility. The state's relatively small technology sector means fewer employers have in-house immigration counsel compared to larger markets, so many New Hampshire companies rely on outside immigration law firms, which can extend petition preparation timelines. University of New Hampshire produces engineering and computer science graduates who compete for the same technical PM pipelines.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored technical product manager jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
