Celestica is at the forefront of the infrastructure powering the next generation of technology. We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the narrative for our Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS). In this role, you won't just write content; you will shape how global Hyperscalers and Cloud Service Providers understand and adopt the hardware driving the AI revolution. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling market-facing stories. If you are a storyteller with a technical mind who understands the data center ecosystem, we want to meet you.
What You Will Do
- Own the Narrative: Define and execute the positioning and messaging for Celestica’s CCS portfolio. You will guide customers across the full solution lifecycle—from ideation to adoption.
- Translate Tech to Value: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to distill complex technical specifications into clear value propositions for executive buyers and technical decision-makers.
- Drive Content Strategy: Move beyond simple content creation. You will architect a comprehensive content strategy (whitepapers, pitch decks, technical briefs, webinars) that differentiates Celestica in the market.
- Enable Global Sales: Equip our Global Accounts organization with the "battle cards," sales assets, and training they need to win. You will be the subject matter expert they rely on to close deals.
- Measure & Optimize: Establish KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness. You will use data to iterate on campaigns, ensuring we convert prospects into partners.
Who You Are
- The Strategist: You have a firm grasp of how to build GTM campaigns for enterprise hardware or software.
- The Tech-Savvy Marketer: You possess a deep understanding of Data Center market trends, server/storage hardware, and the specific challenges facing Hyperscalers today.
- The Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal skills, capable of shifting tone between highly technical engineering documents and high-level executive presentations.
- The Data-Driven: You don’t just guess; you use metrics to drive improvements and scale programs.
Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: 6–8+ years of product marketing experience, specifically within enterprise software, hardware, or cloud infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business (MBA is a plus).
- Track Record: Proven experience leading GTM strategies for complex product launches.
- Toolkit: Proficiency in modern marketing tools and a comfort level with technical data analysis.
Why Join Celestica
- Power the AI Era: You won’t just market generic hardware; you will drive the narrative for the high-performance computing infrastructure that powers the world’s leading Hyperscalers and AI models.
- Global Scale, Personal Impact: We are a $14B+ leader, yet this role offers the agility of a startup. You will have the autonomy to define the voice of our Cloud Solutions division and directly influence our GTM strategy.
- Work Where You Thrive: This is a fully remote role built on trust. We focus on your output and strategic contribution, not your desk time, offering you the flexibility to balance high-impact work with your life.
Typical Education
Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering or Science preferred) or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA recommended. Educational Requirements may vary by geography.
Salary Expectations and Benefit Summary
Salary Range: $120,000 - $147,000 USD (Estimate based on experience and location).

Which companies sponsor visas for technical product managers in New Hampshire?
Oracle, Dell Technologies, BAE Systems, and Segue Technologies have sponsored technical product manager roles in New Hampshire. Larger enterprise software and defense technology firms in the Manchester and Nashua corridors are the most consistent sponsors, as they have established immigration compliance infrastructure. Smaller startups occasionally sponsor but do so less frequently and with less predictable timelines.
Which visa types are most common for technical product manager roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa for technical product managers in New Hampshire, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or information systems. Candidates with extraordinary ability may pursue the O-1A. Canadians and Mexicans may also qualify under the TN visa in certain configurations, depending on how the employer frames the role.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most technical product manager sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the majority of technical product manager sponsorship activity in New Hampshire. Manchester, as the state's largest city, hosts the most enterprise technology employers. Nashua, bordering Massachusetts, attracts companies with ties to Boston's tech ecosystem. Bedford and Portsmouth also have a smaller number of technology firms that have historically sponsored skilled product and engineering roles.
How to find technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can browse technical product manager roles in New Hampshire without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. The platform surfaces openings from employers who have a documented history of sponsoring work visas, which is particularly useful in a smaller state market like New Hampshire where sponsoring employers are fewer in number than in major tech hubs.
Are there any state-specific considerations for technical product managers seeking sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire does not have a state income tax on wages, which affects how employers structure total compensation packages, though this does not directly impact visa sponsorship eligibility. The state's relatively small technology sector means fewer employers have in-house immigration counsel compared to larger markets, so many New Hampshire companies rely on outside immigration law firms, which can extend petition preparation timelines. University of New Hampshire produces engineering and computer science graduates who compete for the same technical PM pipelines.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored technical product manager jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
