SUMMARY
Sun Noodle is seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to ensure IT systems are working properly and to support IT initiatives. The IT Help Desk Coordinator will report to the IT Director and play a key part in working cross functionally with internal departments such as Operations, Finance & Sales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support as needed. Off-hour support can occur from time to time depending on the issue. Devices & Systems to be supported include, but are not limited to:
- Computers (Desktops, Laptops, Macs)
- Phones (VOIP, company cell phones)
- Network (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Access Points)
- Printers (LaserJet, MFP, Label printers)
- Copiers (owned, leased)
- Mobile devices (Android scanners, tablets, iPads)
- Security Camera System
- Access Control System
- MS Office Suite
- Other hardware, software and IT devices as assigned
- Respond to IT questions and requests
- Troubleshoot & resolve issues in software, hardware, and network
- Maintain a secured IT infrastructure
- Perform administrator tasks in MS 365 and other platforms as required
- Communicate and work with IT vendors on existing and new projects
- Assist and train users on systems
- Document processes and SOPs initiated by the IT team
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- AA or BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a Microsoft centric environment
- Experience in supporting & troubleshooting software, hardware, network connectivity issues
- Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills who can build strong working relationships with an ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers, and partners across varying teams
