INTRODUCTION
This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As an Associate Technology Field Services Manager, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Americas Field Services West team reporting to the Director of Technology Field Services, you will support projects including opening new hotels and all the systems involved in doing so.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide IT and Telecom support for the Hale Hokuala and Hawaii/West Hotel team members.
- Support the hotel with business solutions such as installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware to efficient performance.
- Troubleshoot problem areas promptly and accurately.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Communication and close collaboration with our Field Services Teams Members is critical for success.
- Collaborate and work closely with our Field IT Team within the Hawaii/West/SouthWest Area.
- Attend scheduled meetings with our entire West Team and other Field Services team meetings.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- The hotels in the region regularly upgrade High Speed Internet Network, Parking System, POS, Hardware Refreshes, Door Lock Systems and other projects. You will help guide and own parts of all of these at assigned hotels.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Professional work experience in Technology or related field
- Experience working in IT field support, desktop support, or an onsite technical support environment
- IT field (Telecom, Technology) experience in the hospitality, retail, or related industries
- Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call based on business needs.
- Travel potentially 20% of the time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus six (6) + years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus ten (10) + years of Technology related experience
- Three (3) + years of work experience in Technology or a related field
- Two (2) + years of experience in Hospitality, Operations, and/or IT support roles
- CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with the following Hospitality related applications and systems: PMS, POS, Key systems, PBX, Voicemail
COMPENSATION
The pay range for this role is $65,000 – $95,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.

This role is located in Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii (supports the Hale Hokuala)
