We are seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Analyst to provide premium, white-glove technical support to senior executives, Board of Directors members, and Executive Assistants. This highly visible role requires a polished professional who delivers exceptional, personalized IT service while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and committed to ensuring a seamless technology experience for executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide dedicated, high-touch IT support for executives and Executive Assistants.
- Deliver prompt, discreet, and professional technical assistance both onsite and remotely.
- Anticipate executive technology needs and proactively prevent issues before they arise.
- Support a wide range of endpoints, including laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
AV & Meeting Room Support
- Manage and support executive conference rooms and audiovisual (AV) environments.
- Ensure meeting spaces are fully operational, including video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Provide real-time support for high-profile meetings, leadership events, and Board sessions.
- Coordinate and execute AV setup for executive presentations and events.
Relationship Management & Communication
- Build strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Communicate with professionalism, confidence, and clarity across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and broader IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience, including direct support for senior leadership, executives, or VIP users.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Windows 11 and Dell computers
- Mobile device management (iOS and Android)
- Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and collaboration tools
- Hands-on experience supporting integrated AV systems and conferencing technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to provide off-hours support, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, primarily within Eastern Massachusetts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Experience delivering executive-level or VIP support.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent.
