Description of Duties
- Inventory and organize IT equipment
- Unbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
- Apply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and Intune
- Install software in Windows 11 environment
- Update asset records in ServiceNow
- Deploying assets as required
- Assist with decommissioning old equipment
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must pass state and national background check
Engagement Requirements
- Resources must abide by all published IT Standards, including those at http://paturnpike.service-now.com/kb
- Strict schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 30 minute unpaid lunch and no overtime
- Business casual attire (jeans acceptable)
