- Document quality findings, manage material sampling, and oversee the quarantine process for non-conforming items.
- Generate accurate certificates of analysis and maintain comprehensive quality records.
- Conduct active floor monitoring to provide real-time feedback on production quality and process adherence.
- Serve as a key point of contact for quality-related communications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaborative relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a quality-focused role utilizing specialized testing equipment.
- Certification or working knowledge of SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards.
