Job Description
- Act as the primary focal point between the central transfer organization and the internal engineering/manufacturing team for multiple site exit and transition programs.
- Represent the internal team in transfer governance meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Gather and consolidate requirements from transfer teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate data, technical inputs, and responses.
- Understand end-customer and business requirements and effectively communicate them to transfer execution teams.
- Develop and support a structured communication plan to share transfer progress and updates with external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular interactions, reviews, and collaboration between internal teams and transfer organization to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure clear information flow, issue resolution, and alignment across cross-functional and multi-location teams.
- Support execution of industrial transfer activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
