As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve in a key client-facing role responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining client data ingress, surveying, and reporting solutions throughout the customer lifecycle. You will translate complex client operational needs into precise system specifications and platform configurations. Operating as frontline support, you will triage requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver prompt resolutions to meet implementation timelines and internal SLAs. COMPENSATION
- Illinois Base Annual Pay Transparency Range: $60,500—$73,500 USD
For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
