Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Stewardship & Integration
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, payer, and technology leaders to promote effective data stewardship practices across the organization.

- Partner with Information Services leadership to align data architecture and engineering capabilities with enterprise analytics needs.

- Facilitate the development of enterprise metric certification and stewardship practices.

Quality, Safety & Patient Experience Analytics
- Lead the development of analytics strategies supporting quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise analytics programs within a complex healthcare environment.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders and operational stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, regulatory reporting requirements, value-based care, and population health analytics.
- Experience developing analytics governance, reporting strategies, and data stewardship practices.
