INTRODUCTION
Are you ready to join a growing engineering consulting firm with a strong and expanding gas utility team? Entrust Solutions Group is increasing its presence in Indianapolis and seeking skilled engineers to support natural gas infrastructure projects. As a Design Engineer, you’ll work within our Public Improvement team, partnering closely with project engineers and designers to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of natural gas distribution projects—reviewing public improvement plans, preparing engineering designs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing field support when needed. Responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, designing pipeline routes, and developing construction estimates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career while contributing to impactful infrastructure work in a collaborative and supportive office environment. This role offers hybrid work flexibility, with site visits and in-person meetings in Indianapolis, IN.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, chemical, or petroleum engineering from an accredited institution.
Must have valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional project visits.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
0–2 years of experience in natural gas engineering.
Experience in transportation or general utility engineering is also acceptable.
