- Availability for rotating 8-hour shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Willing to work overtime as operations require.
- Safety-first attitude with strict adherence to procedures and PPE requirements: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal-protection boots.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and self-direction.
