What is the role about?
As a co‑op participant, you’ll become a fully integrated member of our Customer Excellence team, facing real-world challenges and gaining valuable industry insights over 14–16 weeks. In this role, you'll support customers and sales teams by contributing to technical product and application work, gaining hands-on exposure to our instrumentation and collaborating closely with Sales and Application Engineering. Our goal is to provide you with meaningful learning experiences, professional development, and opportunities that benefit both you and our organization.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Fully integrate into the Customer Excellence team, contributing to projects that support both personal and professional growth.
- Engage in full-time engineering assignments that provide hands-on technical experience with our product portfolio and customer applications.
- Tackle impactful projects that strengthen your understanding of engineering practices, customer needs, and business operations.
- Collaborate with team members, mentors, and cross-functional partners to develop both technical and soft skills.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking.
- Work autonomously on assigned projects while receiving ongoing feedback to support continuous improvement.
What do we expect from you?
You will be:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing fresh challenges
- Exhibit a proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership
