- Supervise production workflows to drive cost-efficiency and maintain high quality standards.
- Coordinate manufacturing sequences and priorities to ensure all product deadlines are met.
- Verify that manufacturing outputs align with standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Analyze operational reports to troubleshoot manufacturing or maintenance issues, minimizing downtime and costs.
- Monitor machinery and equipment to verify peak performance and maximize operational efficiency.
- Update or create standard operating procedures to ensure consistent compliance across the floor.
- Address employee concerns directly or escalate unresolved grievances to leadership.
- Maintain, organize, and retrieve essential production documentation.
- Lead assigned safety initiatives to help maintain a secure working environment for the entire team.
- Manage injury protocols, including documentation, medical coordination, and supporting staff during their return-to-work transition.
- Provide comprehensive oversight, coordination, and assessment of all manufacturing activities.
- Execute supervisory duties such as recruitment, training, performance management, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policy and legal standards.
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Management from an accredited institution.
Eight to ten years of experience within the medical device manufacturing sector or a comparable blend of education and professional background.
