With over 50 years in the business, Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is a family-owned company that operates nearly 40 dealerships across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
- Prepare repair orders and obtain necessary customer authorizations.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and service updates to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs.
- Monitor vehicle progress throughout the repair process and proactively address any delays or concerns.
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed.
- Ensure all repair orders are closed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving department sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay current on CDJR products, services, warranties, recalls, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current experience in a Service Advisor role preferred (automotive preferred such as dealership, customer service, sales, or technician)
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Organized, friendly and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
