We will count on you to:
- Provide financial, contract, and administrative analysis while managing portions of client projects and addressing ad hoc operational requests
- Support financial review and funding analysis, including underwriting, data analytics, and collaboration with actuaries
- Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
- Contribute to client strategy by interpreting benchmark data, presenting insights, and ensuring plan and program changes align with client objectives
- Manage project quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal specialty resources to ensure deliverables meet client goals, deadlines, and professional standards
- Lead preparation, peer review, and delivery of clear, concise, client-facing communications and reports
- Work directly with clients to manage the request for proposal (RFP) process with health insurance carriers and internal analysts
- Establish and manage carrier and vendor relationships to support benefits administration, compliance, and plan implementation
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in health & benefits, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize based on urgency
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and adaptability to varying personalities and work styles
- A proactive mindset with strong initiative and thoughtful, analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
