Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Read, interpret, and understand the contract documents, soil reports, plans, ASI's, RFI's, submittals, building codes and relevant project material.

Ensure the jobsite is kept clean, organized and safe.

Manage day-to-day schedule for subcontractors, vendors, and employees to ensure the milestones are being met and completed in a timely manner.

Complete detailed daily time sheets with the proper documentation for weather conditions, manpower logs, work done for the day, project-specific notes, and other daily task keeping information that is required for the job.

Complete all field reports and documentation including but not limited to: orientation meetings, pre-installation meetings, safety checklists, weekly toolbox talk meetings or forms, quality control inspections and material receipts.

Schedule and meet with inspectors and other building/government officials.
Qualifications & Skills:

OSHA 10 Minimum is preferred

At least 3 years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor

Proven ability to develop lasting and positive customer relationships

Valid Driver's License is required.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
