ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Superintendent, Marine Construction role supports field operations by coordinating schedules and resources, communicating scope to Foremen, and ensuring safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed. Responsibilities include:
- Attending client meetings
- Managing materials and tooling needs
- Verifying daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
- Reviewing time and field reports
- Working closely with the Project Manager
- Helping develop Foremen and trade staff
- Contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution

- 8+ years of Hydraulic Dredging experience, Environmental Dredging is a plus
- 3+ years of previous Foreman experience
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects
