- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within managed technology services (AI, enterprise applications, cloud, cybersecurity, IT support, etc.).
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting enterprise IT and business decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, procurement).
- Partner with sales engineering and solutions teams to scope client needs and build tailored proposals and statements of work.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing in coordination with sales leadership and legal.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.

What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of success in enterprise or complex solution sales.
- Direct experience selling managed IT/technology services (AI, managed application services, cloud, cybersecurity, help desk/support, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently hit or exceed quota.
- Strong consultative selling skills — able to diagnose client pain points and map them to service solutions.
- Experience selling to enterprise IT buyers (CIO, CTO, VP/Director of IT) and navigating procurement processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar) and structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Which companies in Kansas sponsor visas for sales executives?
Koch Industries and its subsidiaries, Spirit AeroSystems, and Cerner (now Oracle Health) are among the larger Kansas-based employers with documented H-1B visa sponsorship histories. Mid-size companies in agricultural technology, aviation supply chains, and logistics based in Wichita and the Kansas City metro also sponsor sales roles, particularly where technical product knowledge and a qualifying degree are required.
What visa types are most common for sales executive roles in Kansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for sales executives in Kansas, particularly for roles requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field where specialized knowledge is demonstrable. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, while Canadian and Mexican nationals can explore the TN visa under the USMCA. L-1 visa transfers are also used when candidates move within a multinational employer.
Which cities in Kansas have the most sales executive visa sponsorship jobs?
Wichita generates the most sales executive sponsorship opportunities in Kansas, driven by its aviation manufacturing sector and established corporate headquarters. The Kansas City metro area, which straddles the Kansas-Missouri border, adds significant volume through technology, healthcare, and logistics employers. Overland Park and Lenexa, both in Johnson County, are notable for mid-size technology and financial services companies that hire experienced sales talent.
How to find sales executive visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse sales executive roles in Kansas without sorting through positions that don't support international candidates. You can filter by location, role type, and visa category to surface relevant opportunities in Wichita, Overland Park, and the broader Kansas City corridor. Creating an alert on Migrate Mate helps you stay current as new sponsorship-eligible postings appear.
Are there any Kansas-specific considerations for sales executive visa sponsorship?
Employers sponsoring H-1B visas for sales executives in Kansas must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the specific occupation and geographic area, which differ between Wichita, the Kansas City metro, and rural counties. Sales roles often face additional USCIS scrutiny around specialty occupation status, so employers typically document the degree-level requirements of the position carefully. Kansas's concentration in aviation and agribusiness means sector-specific technical sales roles tend to have the clearest qualification pathways.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales executive jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
