Search Sales Operations Manager Jobs in KansasSales Operations Manager Jobs in Kansas: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Kansas sponsor visas for sales operations managers?
Kansas-based employers known for sponsoring work visas in operations and technology roles include Garmin International in Olathe, Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) in Kansas City, Spirit AeroSystems in Wichita, and Koch Industries-affiliated companies headquartered in Wichita. These organizations have established HR infrastructure capable of handling H-1B visa and other employment-based sponsorship for specialized roles like sales operations management.
What visa types are most commonly used for sales operations manager roles in Kansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for sales operations managers in Kansas, given that the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field and involves specialized analytical and systems work. Candidates with multinational employer backgrounds may also see L-1B transfers. TN visas apply to qualifying Canadian and Mexican nationals in business analyst-adjacent classifications.
Which cities in Kansas have the most sales operations manager sponsorship jobs?
The Kansas City metro area, particularly Overland Park and Lenexa on the Kansas side, accounts for the largest share of sales operations manager openings with sponsorship potential in the state. Wichita is a secondary market driven by aerospace and manufacturing firms. Lawrence sees limited but occasional hiring tied to University of Kansas spinoffs and regional B2B companies.
How to find sales operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify sales operations manager roles in Kansas without sifting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can search by role and state to surface active openings from Kansas employers, including companies in the Kansas City metro and Wichita markets that have a documented history of sponsoring international candidates.
Are there any Kansas-specific considerations for sales operations managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Kansas employers sponsoring H-1B workers must pay the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the specific occupation and metro area, which differs between the Kansas City metro and Wichita markets. The Kansas City area's technology sector concentration, driven by companies like Garmin and Oracle Health, creates more frequent sponsorship activity than in other parts of the state. Candidates with CRM platform expertise or revenue operations experience tend to be more competitive with Kansas-based sponsors.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales operations manager jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
