Extensive IT experience (preferably 3-8+ years on servers), seasoned troubleshooter and eager to learn, but my team and I will review all candidates on a case by case basis.

- History of supporting servers in a VMware environment.
- Strong experience troubleshooting Server OS issues.
- Experience with Windows SQL clusters.
- Ability to support .NET IIS applications.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management or leadership skills.
- Ability to work well with multiple teams to solve issues and advance projects.
- Initiative to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution.
- Technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Server and application support.
- Server security.
- Certificate processing.
- Tenable security scan review and remediation.
- Incident response support.
- Automation tool builds and support.
- Field Server support / some travel required.
- Technical documentation.
- Monitoring tools.
- Project management.
- Part of server on-call rotation.
