This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration of systems that enable efficient logistics and operational processes for high-security biometric solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain supply chain systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms, tailored for biometric product operations.
- Manage system integrations to ensure secure and accurate data flow across logistics, procurement, and production.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues impacting supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and logistics teams to align technology solutions with product requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices, critical for biometric data and system integrity.
- Create, capture, and deploy operating system images using Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for endpoint provisioning.
- Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues, including PXE boot failures, driver integration, and deployment errors.
- Maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, processes, and configurations to support audits and compliance.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM for OS deployment and imaging.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Exposure to secure environments and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for scalable deployments.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator or similar.
- Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and supply chain technology.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and SQL for automation and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
