Are there any Kentucky-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in education?
Kentucky's education sector includes a high proportion of public institutions, which can mean additional hiring timelines tied to academic calendars and state budget cycles. Faculty positions at Kentucky universities often require credential evaluations for foreign degrees before an offer is finalized. K-12 roles in Kentucky's public school districts may require state teacher certification in addition to meeting TN visa eligibility, so verifying both requirements before applying is important.
