Job Duties
Responsibility / Duty
The Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration reports directly to the Nicholls State University President. Coordinates and communicates all NCAA and Southland Conference rules and regulations to coaches, student-athletes, staff, University personnel, community members, etc.
Percentage Of Time: 45
Responsibility / Duty
Other administrative duties which may include, but are not limited to, sports administration, event management, department coordination, student-athlete initiatives, etc.
Percentage Of Time: 15
Responsibility / Duty
Maintains and manages team and student-athletes information regarding eligibility, recruiting, financial aid, playing and practice seasons, etc.

Responsibility / Duty
Completes and assists in NCAA reports, including: APR, GSR, EADA, Sports Sponsorship, etc.

Coordinates the eligibility certification efforts of all incoming freshman, transfers and continuing student-athletes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, computer and communications skills with an ability to multi-task.
