The Business Development Representative (BDR) works to qualify leads and pass to the appropriate sales channel to close into new consignors. What You Get To Do Everyday
- Act as first point of contact for prospective clients (leads) interested in consigning at The RealReal
- Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach, while fielding inbound inquiries
- Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business
- Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email
- Utilize internal tools and resources to educate leads on consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps

The expected hourly rate for this role is $21-$21. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
