Forest Hill Heights is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our assisted living community. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial processes while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members.

- Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Maintain resident financial records and contracts.
- Assist families with billing questions and payment options.
- Process A/P, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and personnel documentation.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two (2) years of business office, accounting, and/or administrative experience.
- Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and general bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills along with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
