Overview
We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a 117-bed skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, Maryland.
This facility provides both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation, giving you the opportunity to work with a varied patient population and develop a broad range of clinical skills.
With a full-time 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation, this position is well suited for a PT who enjoys an active clinical environment and wants to make a direct difference in patients' recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
- Provide skilled interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence
- Treat patients across both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care
- Track patient progress and update plans of care as needed
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes
- Promote patient safety and functional independence
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
