- Design & Compliance: Ensure facility, process, utility, and equipment designs comply with all legal regulations and corporate EHS standards.
- Resource Coordination: Oversee third-party engineering contractors, vendors, and internal operational teams to resolve technical roadblocks and meet delivery milestones.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Chemical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an operational or manufacturing setting involving complex EHS considerations.
- Project Track Record: Proven background managing multi-million dollar capital projects ($1M+) in food ingredient, protein, or beverage manufacturing environments.
