OPPORTUNITY
Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for solving complex problems and optimizing systems? Kem Krest is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead technical support efforts, drive innovation, and ensure the performance and security of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Advanced Technical Support: Resolve complex IT incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and mentor junior team members.
- System & Network Administration: Independently manage desktop systems, user accounts, updates, and patches.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce security policies and escalate issues as needed.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, generate benchmarks, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with third-party providers and maintain hardware/software inventories.
- Project Collaboration: Support IT projects, contribute to lessons learned, and apply insights to future initiatives.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Research new technologies, experiment in sandbox environments, and propose enhancements.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
Experience
3+ years in IT support or system administration.
Education
High School Diploma with on-the-job training or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, desktop OS, and infrastructure management.
