- Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans
- Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center
- Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market
- Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center
- Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascaded appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience
