Responsibilities
- Oversee RFIs/submittals workflow and drive timely turnaround

- Track cost events, change documentation, and billing support
- Mentor PEs and help set the pace for project admin excellence
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years as PE (or equivalent) on commercial/industrial/multifamily work
- Strong knowledge of subcontracts, scopes, and construction documentation
- Procore + Bluebeam experience preferred
- High ownership mindset; can push items to closure without hand-holding
- Comfortable working with field leaders and subs daily
