- Develops Overall Material Handling Strategies and Flow
- Develops and Maintains Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
- Coordinates Outsourced Packaging Engineering Activities
- Supports System Design and Testing
- Provides Support to Materials High Performance Work Teams
- Manages the integration of new engine platform material flow into running business operations
- Manages Department Capital Budget
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Materials Analytical or Logistics Related Manufacturing Engineering Experience Required.
Understanding of Set-Up and Management of Just In-Time and Just In-Sequence Inventory Practices Required.
Strong Demonstrated Knowledge of Six-Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement Concepts Required.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products specially Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Six-Sigma Training Certification Preferred.
