ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end import/export operations (air, ocean, rail, ground)
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade policies (USCBP, USDA, APHIS)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Handle shipping documentation and audit-ready records
- Resolve shipment delays and ensure on-time delivery for production and customers
- Act as a key contact for international partners and stakeholders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years in logistics, global trade, or supply chain operations
- Strong experience with import/export and customs compliance
