ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distribute and collect training documents, assessments, and acknowledgment forms from employees.
- Conduct follow-up with employees and supervisors regarding training assignments and documentation.
- Observe training activities on the shop floor and report completion status and employee feedback to the Training Manager.
- Administer training and assessment tests.
- Coordinate training-related communications between employees, supervisors, and the Training Manager.
- Document training forms for new and current employees.
- Assist with training audits by gathering requested documentation and information.
- Develop and present training materials.
- Perform other training support duties as assigned. This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Manufacturing experience preferred. Teaching and or leadership experience preferred. Associate degree preferred, but will consider a combination of experience and education in lieu of degree.

1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a training capacity, preferred.

Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for extended periods; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the workday to accomplish various tasks. Be able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of lightweight files and other items (approximately 1-10 pounds).
