Which companies sponsor visas for enterprise account executives in Montana?
Montana's enterprise account executive sponsorship activity is concentrated among technology companies with regional offices in Billings and Bozeman, healthcare IT firms serving the state's large rural hospital networks, and energy sector software providers. National employers with Montana sales territories, such as Oracle, Salesforce, and similar enterprise software companies, have historically filed H-1B petitions for senior sales roles when the position meets specialty occupation requirements.
Which visa types are most common for enterprise account executive roles in Montana?
The H-1B is the most commonly used visa for enterprise account executives in Montana, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or information technology. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement in their field. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles may also explore the TN visa under the USMCA, depending on the specific job duties.
Which cities in Montana have the most enterprise account executive sponsorship jobs?
Billings is Montana's largest commercial center and the most active market for enterprise sales roles, given its concentration of healthcare, energy, and financial services employers. Bozeman has grown significantly as a tech hub, attracting SaaS startups and regional offices that hire enterprise account executives. Missoula supports a smaller but consistent market, often tied to university-adjacent technology and research-driven companies.
How to find enterprise account executive visa sponsorship jobs in Montana?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find enterprise account executive positions in Montana where employers are open to visa sponsorship. You can filter specifically by role and state to surface relevant openings without sorting through positions that don't support sponsorship. Given Montana's smaller hiring volume compared to coastal markets, setting up alerts on Migrate Mate for new enterprise account executive postings ensures you don't miss openings as they appear.
What should enterprise account executive candidates know about Montana-specific hiring conditions?
Montana has a relatively small enterprise sales market, so sponsorship opportunities are less frequent than in major metro states. Employers must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the specific job location, and Montana's prevailing wages for senior sales roles reflect local market rates. Candidates with existing relationships in healthcare IT, agricultural technology, or energy software will find the strongest alignment with Montana's dominant industry sectors.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored enterprise account executive jobs in Montana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
