Which companies sponsor visas for enterprise account executives in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma's primary visa-sponsoring employers for enterprise account executive roles include energy sector firms like Devon Energy and Williams Companies, healthcare IT companies headquartered in Oklahoma City, and regional offices of national software and SaaS vendors. Larger organizations with dedicated HR and legal teams are far more likely to manage the H-1B petition process than smaller independent businesses.
Which visa types are most common for enterprise account executive roles in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa for enterprise account executives in Oklahoma, provided the role requires a relevant bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may qualify for the TN visa under the USMCA. Those with extraordinary sales leadership records may explore the O-1A, though documented national recognition is required.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most enterprise account executive sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City accounts for the majority of enterprise account executive sponsorship opportunities in the state, driven by its concentration of energy company headquarters, healthcare technology firms, and regional corporate offices. Tulsa is the second-largest market, particularly in energy services and manufacturing software. Smaller markets like Norman and Edmond occasionally have openings tied to university-adjacent technology companies.
How to find enterprise account executive visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate filters enterprise account executive roles specifically by visa sponsorship availability, saving you from manually screening hundreds of postings. Search Oklahoma on Migrate Mate to see current openings at energy, healthcare technology, and SaaS employers in Oklahoma City and Tulsa that have actively sponsored work visas. Setting up alerts means you hear about new postings before most applicants.
Are there state-specific considerations for enterprise account executive visa sponsorship in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma's enterprise account executive market is heavily shaped by its energy sector, so candidates with experience selling to oil and gas, utilities, or energy services companies have a meaningful advantage. The H-1B prevailing wage determination for sales roles is set by the Department of Labor using Oklahoma-specific wage data, which typically reflects a lower cost of living than coastal markets. Employers must meet that locally determined wage floor.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored enterprise account executive jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
