Which companies sponsor visas for compliance analysts in New Hampshire?
Financial services and defense firms have been among the more active H-1B visa sponsors for compliance roles in New Hampshire. Fidelity Investments, BAE Systems, and Anthem (now Elevance Health) have filed LCAs for compliance-related positions in the state. Healthcare systems and insurance companies operating out of Manchester and Concord also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data for compliance analyst sponsorships.
Which visa types are most common for compliance analyst roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for compliance analyst roles in New Hampshire, as the position typically requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, business, or law. L-1B transfers are also used when a multinational employer moves a compliance professional from an overseas office. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify under the TN visa category if the role aligns with an approved TN profession.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most compliance analyst sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is the primary hiring hub for compliance analysts in New Hampshire, given its concentration of financial services firms and regional corporate offices. Nashua follows closely, driven by its proximity to the Massachusetts border and the presence of technology and defense employers. Concord, as the state capital, attracts compliance roles within government-adjacent industries, healthcare administration, and insurance regulation.
How to find compliance analyst visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search for compliance analyst roles in New Hampshire without manually screening out employers who don't sponsor. The platform surfaces positions from financial services, healthcare, and defense employers across Manchester, Nashua, and Concord. Searching by role and state on Migrate Mate is the most direct way to identify which New Hampshire employers are actively open to sponsoring international candidates.
Are there any state-specific considerations for compliance analysts seeking sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax on wages, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since take-home pay differs from neighboring states. Employers must still meet federal Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements when filing an LCA for a compliance analyst position, based on the Manchester or Nashua wage area. New Hampshire's proximity to Boston also means some employers post roles as New Hampshire-based but maintain close operational ties to larger Massachusetts compliance teams.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored compliance analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
