Which companies sponsor visas for sales account executives in New Hampshire?
Technology and defense companies are the most active sponsors in New Hampshire. Oracle (through its Manchester operations), BAE Systems, Segue Technologies, and regional SaaS companies with New Hampshire offices have filed Labor Condition Applications for sales roles. Enterprise software firms targeting mid-market clients in New England frequently hire account executives and are more likely to sponsor than smaller local businesses or pure commission-based sales outfits.
Which visa types are most common for sales account executive roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for sales account executives in New Hampshire, provided the role requires a specific bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline tied to the product being sold. Some employers also use the L-1B for intracompany transfers with specialized knowledge. TN visa status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business-related occupations, depending on role classification.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most sales account executive sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the majority of sales account executive sponsorship activity in New Hampshire. Manchester functions as the state's commercial hub with a growing technology and professional services sector. Nashua, located on the Massachusetts border, benefits from spillover hiring from the Greater Boston market and hosts offices for several mid-size tech and defense contractors. Portsmouth and Concord have smaller but active employer bases worth monitoring.
How to find sales account executive visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship roles, including sales account executive positions in New Hampshire. You can filter by state and job title to surface employers with a documented history of sponsoring work visas for sales roles in the region. This narrows your search to companies that have already navigated the sponsorship process, saving time compared to applying broadly and discovering a company does not sponsor only after an interview.
Are there state-specific considerations for sales account executive visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax on wages, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since take-home pay differs meaningfully from neighboring states. For H-1B purposes, employers must still meet the federal prevailing wage standard for the specific occupation and geographic area, which is benchmarked to New Hampshire metropolitan statistical areas rather than national figures. Sales roles with variable commission structures can complicate LCA filings, since the certified wage must meet prevailing wage requirements through the base salary component alone.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales account executive jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
