Required Skills & Training
- Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience with laptops and desktops
- CompTIA A+ certification (recommended)
- Completion of Lenovo Technician Certification Roadmap Required Lenovo courses including SSG, Diagnostics, System Board Service, and RA Service (exam)
Qualifications
