Sodexo is seeking a temporary Environmental Services Operations Manager for a full time role at Community Medical Center, in Toms River, NJ. This is a 617 bed acute care hospital, managing a team of 89 client paid staff. A vibrant waterfront community, Toms River offers a wide variety of recreational activities and is 1.5 hours from Philadelphia. This custodial manager will oversee Mid Shift (10:00am start time) and as business needs dictate, some rotating weekends & holidays.
We're looking for someone with a hospitality mindset; with strong customer and employee engagement experience that comes from a healthcare, hotels, custodial, or corporate housekeeping background. This location is a SodexoMagic account and this role will report directly into the GM on-site.

This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
- effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
- support an inclusive workforce.
