This leadership role is central to our transformation from a reactive, request-driven support function to a strategic, product-driven organization.
You will own the holistic lifecycle of identity-resolved and AI-ready audience data products. Operating either on Databricks/Snowflake, you will translate enterprise growth priorities into actionable data products, orchestrate identity resolution frameworks via premium partners, and manage enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities. This role ensures high-value, privacy-safe audience segments are continuously optimized and available for the demand teams at Peacock and our global cross-business units.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Intake & Roadmap Execution
- Strategic Roadmap & Governance: Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional strategy teams to translate high-level business objectives into a prioritized, enterprise-wide audience roadmap. Act as a core strategic layer ensuring data product development directly aligns with overarching corporate growth goals.
- Intake Management & Prioritization: Establish and enforce a rigorous governance framework for all incoming data partnership and audience requests. Implement a structured intake process to successfully balance urgent business needs while protecting the core product roadmap and driving scalable, long-term outcomes.
Product Unit Leadership & Sprint Delivery
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional agile teams of engineers, analysts, and quality specialists to ensure structured, scalable product delivery.
- Sprint Management: Oversee continuous sprint cycles to efficiently build, iterate, and maintain core identity schemas and audience data products.
Codifying the Data Product Standard
- Enforce Product Discipline: Apply the enterprise Data Product Standard to all audience assets, ensuring every segment and graph has a named owner, formal documentation, a clear consumer registry, and defined success metrics.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: Explicitly track and manage the lifecycle stages of audience data products—from active development and stable maintenance to strategic sunsetting.
Identity & Ecosystem Partnerships
- Existing Framework Management: Partner across teams to optimize and maximize our existing enterprise identity framework, bringing deep expertise to ensure a data-driven strategy rooted in a robust deterministic graph.
- Partner Data Ingestion: Design ingestion and mapping strategies to transform data from premium distribution, CTV, and content platforms into compliant, productized tables within Databricks/Snowflake.
- Commercialization & Value Strategy: Leverage the unified identity framework to determine which proprietary audience data products to build, maximizing media trading opportunities and commercial yield for internal demand teams.
Proactive Data Quality & Governance
- Data Contracts: Define and enforce clear data contracts covering freshness, completeness, accuracy, and schema stability as a core product responsibility.
- Proactive Monitoring: Implement automated monitoring and alerting to isolate and resolve data quality incidents before they impact downstream stakeholders.
- Privacy & Compliance: Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all identity resolution and data clean room operations strictly adhere to global privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in data product management, ad tech/martech strategy, or data architecture.
- Product Management Discipline: Proven track record of successfully evolving data organizations from reactive request models into structured, agile product delivery frameworks.
- Identity Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of identity resolution ecosystems and data clean rooms, with specific experience optimizing deterministic graph models.
- Data Platforms & CDPs: Strategic and hands-on experience utilizing Databricks/Snowflake for data sharing and data product creation, alongside strong command of enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

Which companies sponsor visas for product managers in New York?
Several large employers in New York have consistent track records of sponsoring product managers for work visas. These include major tech firms like Google, Amazon, and Meta, financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup, and media and data companies like Bloomberg and Spotify. Startups in the Flatiron and Brooklyn tech districts also sponsor, though less predictably than enterprise employers.
Which visa types are most common for product manager roles in New York?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for product managers in New York, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business, or engineering. Candidates with extraordinary ability may qualify for an O-1 visa. Australians should explore the E-3 visa, which follows a similar process to the H-1B visa but without the annual lottery.
Which cities in New York have the most product manager sponsorship jobs?
Manhattan accounts for the overwhelming majority of product manager sponsorship activity in New York state, particularly in Midtown and the Flatiron District where tech, finance, and media companies concentrate. Brooklyn, specifically the DUMBO and Industry City areas, has a growing cluster of mid-stage startups that hire product managers internationally. Outside New York City, sponsorship opportunities are limited and largely tied to universities or healthcare systems.
How to find product manager visa sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates searching for visa sponsorship roles, including product manager positions in New York. You can filter by role and state to see employers currently sponsoring, rather than applying broadly and discovering late in the process that a company won't sponsor. Given how competitive the New York product manager market is, targeting verified sponsoring employers from the start saves significant time.
Are there any New York-specific considerations for product managers seeking visa sponsorship?
New York's high cost of living means prevailing wage requirements for H-1B product manager roles tend to be among the highest in the country, which can affect whether smaller employers are willing to sponsor. The state also has a dense pipeline of international graduate talent from Columbia, NYU, and Cornell Tech, meaning competition for sponsored roles is intense. Product managers with specialized backgrounds in fintech, adtech, or enterprise SaaS tend to have stronger positioning with New York employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product manager jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
