We're looking for a hands-on team player with a proven track record in apartment community maintenance, who takes pride in operational excellence, and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for our residents. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have strong verbal communication. This individual must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Must take initiative, work well under pressure/emergency/time sensitive situations. Must also have the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least five (5) years + of experience as a superintendent for a building consisting of 100+ units.
- Proficiently skilled in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry and construction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- This is a live-in position, if hired, you will be required to live at the property.
Qualifications
Must possess all certifications required for building systems.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Multilingual a plus.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening required.
