A physical therapist in this role implements and coordinates treatment plans that meet the needs of each client in a one-on-one patient care model. While experience is preferred, new graduates who had clinical experience in acute care are encouraged to apply!
SCHEDULE
M-F with a weekend rotation (Sat and Sun) at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: 4 Year Bachelor’s degree, required. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT license, required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Provide 1 on 1 evaluation and treatment for acute care patients
- Float to all facilities in the region (Novant Health Forsyth, Clemmons, Kernersville, Thomasville, Northern Regional and Stokes Medical Center)
- At least 50% of schedule will cover Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center
